HIS HONOUR: I have before me an ex parte application for leave to issue a proceeding out of the Court on 6 May 2002. Justice Hayne, acting pursuant to order 58 Rule 4(3) of the High Court Rules, directed that the Registrar refuse to issue process without leave of a Justice. Application was then made by the applicant, Ms Henriette Piepkorn. I refuse leave to issue the proceedings, and I publish my reasons.
