STATUTORY RULES
REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1927.

advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation
under the

Amendment of Munitions Supply Regulations under Defence Act 1903-1927.
(Statutory Rule 1926, No. 210, as amended to date.)
Insert the following new Regulation:—
“Discharge of Employees on Attaining the Age of 65Years. 45a. An employee shall be discharged from the Service on his attaining the age of 65 years, provided that the Munitions Supply Board may, in exceptional circumstances, permit the employee to continue in the Service for a fixed time not exceeding twelve months.”
