advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation
under the

Amendment of Munitions Supply Regulations under Defence Act 1903-1927.

“70a.—(1) A manager may permit any person to attend at any establishment for the purpose of gaining technical knowledge and experience, and any person so permitted to attend shall obey the directions of the Manager.
(2) The Manager may at any time revoke any permit previously granted by him under this regulation.
(3) Any person attending at an establishment in pursuance of a permit granted to him under this regulation shall not be entitled to any pay in respect of such attendance or of anything done by him in pursuance of any direction of the Manager, but may receive such grants, if any, as the Board in its discretion thinks fit.”
