AN ACT to alter the Boundaries of the Midland J unction Municipal District, by includi ng therein portion of the Swan Road District.

| (1.) | All rates due and payable to the Swan Road Board at | .apportionment of |

Midland Junction a proportionate part of the rates received by the said Board for the year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and nine, in respect of the said land corn-

puted from the passing of this A et, and the Council of the said Municipality shall apply the money so received as far as it extends in or towards payment of the municipal rates to become due and payable in respect of the said land for the financial year com- mencing the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and eight.
THE SCHEDULE.
The area bounded on the Northward by the Southern side of the York Road; on the Eastward by the Western side of Helena street ; on the Southward by the Northern side of the Eastern Railway Reserve; and on the West by the pro- duction North of the Eastern side of Archer Street.
