lative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled and BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legis by the authority of the same as follows :— 1. I t shall be lawful for the Colonial Treasurer to pay out of the Consolidated Revenue to each of the Municipalities established under the Act thirty-first Victoria number twelve as a Special Endowment
for the twelve calendar months ending on the third day of February one No. XV.
An Act to grant to the Municipalities of the
Colony other than the Municipal Council
of Sydney a Special Endowment extending
over Twelve Calendar months. [12th July,
1880.]
one thousand eight hundred and eighty a sura of money equal to
one-half of the total amount of the rates levied and collected by such
Municipality for said twelve calendar months And every such pay ment shall be made on the footing of the accounts and in accordance with the provisions prescribed by the one hundred and eighty-ninth section of the said first mentioned Act.
2. This Act may be cited as the "Municipalities Special
Endowment Act for 1880."
