AN ACT to amend the Municipal Institutions
Act, 1900.

1. This Act may be cited for all purposes as the Municipal Short title.

Schedule hereto, as in rateable value constitute the greater part of all the houses and land so abutting, by writing under the common seal of the Municipality to declare the same to be a public street ; and the said street shall become a public street and shall thereafter be under the management and control of the Council as a street within the meaning of the Municipal Institutions Act, 1900.
