AN ACT to amend the Municipal Institutions
Act, 1900.
[Assented to 16th January, 1904.]
E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and
with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and

Legislative A ssembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia-
ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1. THIS Act may be cited as the Municipal Institutions Act Short title.
Amendment Act, 1904, and shall be read as one with the Muni- cipal Institutions Act, 1900.

(I.) To work quarries acquired by the council, and to employ persons, and to provide machinery, apparatus, horses, and plant in and for such work ;

out of the ordinary income of the council ; and

(3 .) To use the stone or other material obtained from any
quarry for the , purposes of the municipality.
