AN ACT to render valid certain acts done by the Municipal Council of Collie otherwise than in its correct cor- porate Name.

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows :—

Snort title. 1.

This Act may be cited as the Municipal Council of Collie Validation Act, 1928.

Validation of

rates, etc. 2. rates struck, and all acts or things heretofore done

or performed by the Municipal Council of Collie in the names of " The Mayor and Councillors of Collie," "Collie Municipal Council," "Municipality of Collie," or any other name than its correct corporate name, which could have lawfully been done by the 'Municipal Council of Collie in its correct corporate name, are hereby ratified and shall be lawful and binding on the said Municipal Council of Collie, and all other per-

sons affected thereby.
