AN ACT for the purpose of postponing in the year one thousand nine hundred and fifty-eight elections under the Municipal Corporations Act, 1906, and for other and incidental purposes.

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the

same, as follows:—

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Municipal

Corporations (Postponement of 1958 Elections) Act,
