AN ACT to amend the Municipal Corpora-

tions Act, 1906.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia-

1. This Act may be cited as the Municipal Corporations Act 8h°1. le

Amendment Act, 1912, and shall be read as one with the Municipal

Corporations Act, 1906, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Amendment of sec.

2. Section four hundred and thirty-six of the principal Act is 436.

amended by adding to paragraph (b) of subsection one the following

words :-

" all sums standing to the credit of a sinking fund for the repayment of any previous loan being deemed, for the purposes of this paragraph, a repayment to the extent thereof, of the loan."
