Statutory Rules 1992   No. 3051 __________________ Multipoint Distribution System Band Plan2 (Amendment) I, BOB COLLINS, the Minister of State for Transport and Communications, being satisfied that making the following amendments of the Multipoint Distribution System Band Plan is a matter of urgency, make the following amendments of that frequency band plan under the Radiocommunications Act 1983.          Dated 23 September 1992.
