1990 No. 449 MULTIPOINT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM BAND PLAN (AMENDMENT) - REG 1 


      AN AMENDMENT TO THE MULTIPOINT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM BAND PLAN
Clause 4 of the Multipoint Distribution System Band Plan is amended:
  (a)  by omitting from subclause (2) "(1988 to 1990) frequencies may be" and
substituting "(until the day specified in a Proclamation made under subsection
24A (3) of the Radiocommunications Act 1983) frequencies in the band may only
be"; and
  (b)  by omitting from subclause (3) "(1990 plus) up to 19 frequencies may
allocated" and substituting "(from and including the day specified in a
Proclamation made under subsection 24A (3) of the Radiocommunications Act
1983) frequencies in the band may only be assigned".
