Application to deal with contraventions involving dismissal - application dismissed.
[1] On 18 May 2012, Fair Work Australia (FWA) directed the applicant to file and serve material, by no later than 4:00pm on Friday, 29 June 2012. FWA advised the applicant, that in the event that material was not filed in accordance with the direction, FWA would then of its own motion, move to dismiss the matter.
[2] As of 9 July 2012, FWA has not received any material from the applicant, or any other advice about this application. Therefore pursuant to s.587 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
[3] An Order [PR526044] dismissing the matter will be issued concurrently with this Decision.
