[1] Pursuant to section 601 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act), I reduce to writing the decision given orally in transcript on 7 September 2020 in relation to the four applications made by Ms Cheng under section 590(2)(c) of the Act for an order for the production of documents, records and other information to the Fair Work Commission (the Commissioner).

[2] The present applications under section 590(2)(c) of the Act for an order for production of documents are dismissed.

[3] An Order to this effect will issue accordingly.
