Application to deal with contraventions involving dismissal - recommendation issued - applicant to file unfair dismissal application.

[1] Pursuant to s 368(1) of the Fair Work Act 2009 (‘the Act’), Fair Work Australia (‘FWA’) conducted a conference with the parties on 29 November, 2011 to deal with the abovementioned dispute. Arising from the conference and pursuant to Note 2 of s368 (1) of the Act, FWA recommended that the applicant make an application under Part 3-2 of the Act (in relation to unfair dismissals) in relation to this dispute.
