Application for termination of the Subzero Line Boring Services Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement.
On 27 December 2017, MRS SubZero Pty Ltd t/a MRS Services Group made an application to terminate the Subzero Line Boring Services Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement (the Agreement), under s.225 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act).
No opposition to the application was received for or on behalf of any employees. Pursuant to s.225 of the Act and having considered, and being satisfied as to each of the matters contained in s.226 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the Agreement is terminated.
The termination will come into effect from 20 February 2018.
