v

(C2014/767)
DEPUTY PRESIDENT GOSTENCNIK | MELBOURNE, 8 JULY 2014 |
Appeal against decision [[2014] FWC 1934] of Deputy President Hamilton at Melbourne on 15 April 2014 in matter number U2013/3348; application by Respondent to be legally represented
[1] Having considered the complexity involved in this appeal we are satisfied that granting permission to the Respondent to be represented by a lawyer would enable the appeal to be dealt with more efficiently. Further, based on the material before us, we are satisfied that it would be unfair not to allow the Respondent to be represented as it would not be able to effectively represent itself given the abovementioned complexity.
[2] Permission is therefore granted to the Respondent to be represented by a lawyer. Full reasons for our decision will be published in due course.
