The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 4 October 2024 [2024] FWC 2776, is corrected as follows:

1. By correcting [61] with the following:

“It is evident that the Applicant took action to dispute his alleged dismissal, having made an unfair dismissal application on 23 December 2022, which he pursued to hearing in May 2023 and for which a decision was issued on 29 June 2023. Thereafter, the Applicant lodged an appeal in respect of Commissioner Simpson’s decision and on 5 September 2023, a Full Bench of the Commission refused permission to appeal.”
