The applicant requires an extension of time within which to seek special leave to appeal from a judgment of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1) Appellate Jurisdiction (Austin, O'Brien and Schonell JJ), which dismissed an appeal from a decision of the Family Court of Western Australia (Berry J).

2. The application does not identify any reason to doubt the correctness of the decision below. It would therefore be futile to grant the extension of time sought.

3. Special leave to appeal is refused.
