Clause 42 - Grievance Procedure.
[1] The warning as issued to Mr Lambert will stand and remain on file, however a file note to the effect that Mr Lambert was not previously advised that his son was not allowed in the office area is to be included.
[2] Pentana Solutions Pty Ltd, if contacted by prospective employers to whom Mr Lambert has applied for jobs, will not in providing any response to a reference check refer to the warning in dispute or the incident that the warning refers to.
[3] Pentana Solutions Pty Ltd shall put a file note to that effect on Mr Lamberts file and a copy of this recommendation will also be placed on his file.
[4] Application C2009/10161 is closed.
