Termination of agreement.

[1] Pursuant to Item 16 of Schedule 3 to the Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009, the Fair Work Commission approves the termination of the Tallering Peak Employee Collective Agreement 2009.

[2] The termination operates from 11 April 2016.
