1. The applicants seek special leave to appeal from a decision of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Victoria (McLeish, Emerton and Osborn JJA) refusing leave to appeal a decision of the Supreme Court of Victoria (Garde J) refusing leave to appeal a decision of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal on a particular ground.

2. In our opinion, the Court of Appeal's decision was not attended by any error of law.  Accordingly, there are insufficient prospects that an appeal would succeed to warrant the grant of special leave.

3. Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application with costs.
