s1 2 s3 Motorways Agreements (Variation) Regulation No. 353, 1994 (No. 2) ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Motorways Agreements (Variation) Regulation (No. 2) 1994 . ˙ Definition 2. In this regulation— “principal agreement” means the agreement made under section 3(2) of the Act as varied under section 5 of the Act. ˙ Approved variation 3. The agreement in the Schedule varying the principal agreement is approved.

3 Motorways Agreements (Variation) Regulation (No. 2) No. 353, 1994 ¡ SCHEDULE VARIATION AGREEMENT section 3 AGREEMENT DATE OF THIS AGREEMENT:- 12 AUG 1994 PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT:- A. The State of Queensland (“the State”) B. Logan Motorway Company Limited (“the Owner”) The Parties agree as follows:- The Agreement referred to in Section 3 (1) of the Motorways Agreement Act 1987 as previous varied is varied in the following manner:- (i) By addition of the following wording to the end of Recital (a): “ together with a northerly major arterial road connection from Drewvale to the Gateway Motorway at Eight Mile Plains. ” (ii) In Clause 2 of Part 1 by omitting the definition of “Motorway” and substituting the following definition of “Motorway:- “ ‘Motorway’ - the road commencing at Gailes on the Cunningham Arterial road and passing through the soutern suburbs of Brisbane and intersecting with Boundary Road, Stapylton Road, Mt Lindsay Arterial Road, Wembley Road, Brisbane - Beenleigh Road, and Drews Road to intersect with the Pacific Highway at Loganholme and a connection from a point west of Illaweena Street, Drewvale, via intersections with Compton Road and Logan Road to link with the Gateway Motorway at Eight Mile Plains together with access ramps, interchanges, toll plazas, and any associated development, the general location of which is shown in Schedule A .”
