s1 2 s3 Motorways Agreements (Variation) (No. 1) No. 179, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Motorways Agreements (Variation) Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Definition 2. In this regulation— “principal agreement” means the agreement made under section 3(2) of the Act as varied under section 5 of the Act. ˙ Approved variation 3. The agreement in the Schedule varying the principal agreement is approved.

3 Motorways Agreements (Variation) (No. 1) No. 179, 1994 ¡ SCHEDULE VARIATION AGREEMENT section 3 AGREEMENT DATE OF THIS AGREEMENT:- PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT:- A. The State of Queensland (“the State”) B. Sunshine Motorway Company Limited (“the Owner”) The Parties agree as follows:- The Agreement referred to in Section 3(2) of the Motorways Agreement Act 1987 as previous varied is varied in the following manner:- (i) In Clause 1 of Part III by omitting from subclause (5) the expression “1142 days” and substituting the expression “1778 days”. (ii) In Clause 2 of Part I by omitting the description “and thence to Noosa” in the definition of “Motorway” and substituting the description “and thence to its terminus at the northern round-a-bout with the Emu Mountain Road at Peregian Beach”. (iii) By omitting the map shown in the Appendix and substituting the map shown as Appendix to this Agreement.
