Part 1—Preliminary
1—Short title
These regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles Variation Regulations 2011.
2—Commencement
These regulations will come into operation 4 months after the day on which they are made (see Subordinate Legislation Act 1978 section 10AA).
3—Variation provisions
In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

Schedule 4, clause 2, item relating to rule 62—delete "62" and substitute:

Schedule 4, clause 2, item relating to rule 112(2)—delete "Failing to give left change of direction signal when entering roundabout" and substitute:
Failing to give required left change of direction signal before entering roundabout
Schedule 4, clause 2, item relating to rule 113(2)—delete "Failing to give right change of direction signal when entering roundabout" and substitute:
Failing to give required right change of direction signal before entering roundabout
Schedule 4, clause 2, items relating to rule 132(2) (2 items)—delete the items and substitute:

Failing to keep to left of dividing line—
