Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles Variation Regulations 2003.

2—Commencement

These regulations will come into operation on 1 July 2003 immediately after the Motor Vehicles Variation Regulations 2003 (No 59 of 2003) (Gazette 29.5.2003 p2161) come into operation.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

Schedule 6, Part 1—delete "81A(5) Contravening condition of provisional licence referred to in section 81A(1)(e) of the Act ...... 48" and substitute:
