His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Motor Vehicles (Third Party Insurance) Act 1942, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 1 July 1992.

Amendment

2. The Motor Vehicles (Third Party Insurance) Regulations are amended by omitting Schedule O and by inserting instead the following Schedule:

Fees for information from the records

1. Issue of a. certificate from the records pursuant to section 36 of

the Act ........................................................................................... 15

2. Information from the records supplied otherwise than by means

of a certificate under section 36 of the Act.................................... 10

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Regulation increases fees payable, in line with the general movement in

prices, for obtaining information from the records of the Roads and Traffic
Authority in connection with motor vehicle third party insurance.
