REGULATION

(Relating to fees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Motor Vehicles (Third Party Insurance) Act 1942, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 20 July 1990.

Amendment

2. The Motor Vehicles (Third Party Insurance) Regulations are

amended:

by omitting from Regulation 19 (2) the words "determined fee" and by inserting instead the words ''fee prescribed in Schedule

0".
by inserting after Schedule N the following Schedule:

1990 - NO. 505

Fees for information from the records

1. Issue of a certificate from the records pursuant to section 36 of the Act ........................................................ 14

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Regulation fixes fees payable for obtaining information from the records of the Roads and Traffic Authority in connection with motor vehicle third party insurance.
