s1 2 s3 Motor Vehicles Securities and Other Acts Amendment No. 114, 2002 (Postponement) Regulation 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Motor Vehicles Securities and Other Acts Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2002 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement under the ActsInterpretation Act 1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 7 June 2003. 1 (2) In this section— “postponed law” means an uncommenced provision of the Motor VehiclesSecurities and Other Acts Amendment Act 2001, other than section 27 to the extent it inserts section 46A. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 9 June 2003.
