s1 2 s3 Motor Vehicles Safety Amendment (No. 1) No. 425, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Motor Vehicles Safety Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Motor Vehicles Safety Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of Sch 1 (Fees) 3.(1) Schedule 1, item 1(g), ‘29.90’— omit, insert — ‘30.40’. (2) Schedule 1, item 3— omit, insert — ‘ 3. If a motor vehicle is examined outside normal hours at the request of the vehicle’s owner, the overtime payable to, and the travelling expenses incurred by, the inspector or examiner are payable in addition to the fee under item 1 or 2.’.
