The Parliament of South Australia enacts as follows:

Part 1Preliminary1Short title

This Act may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Electric Vehicle Levy) Amendment Repeal Act 2023.

Part 2Repeal of Motor Vehicles (Electric Vehicle Levy) Amendment Act 20212Repeal of Act

The Motor Vehicles (Electric Vehicle Levy) Amendment Act 2021 is repealed.
