2 Motor Vehicles Control (Kogan State School) No. 350, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Motor Vehicles Control (Kogan State School) Order 1992 . ˙ Definitions 2. In this order— “association” means the Kogan State School Parents and Citizens Association; “trail bike ride area” means the land described in the Schedule. ˙ Declaration of area not to be a public place 3.(1) To enable a trail bike ride to be held by the association in the trail bike ride area, the trail bike ride area is declared not to be a public place for the purposes of the Act. (2) The declaration is effective on 14 and 15 November 1992. ˙ Expiry 4. This order expires on 16 November 1992.
