2 Motor Vehicles Control (Cooranga North) No. 274, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Motor Vehicles Control (Cooranga North) Order 1992 . ˙ Definitions 2. In this order in council— “association” means the Cooranga North State School Parents and Citizens Association; “trail bike ride area” means the land described in the Schedule; “trail bike ride days” means— (a) 10 and 11 October 1992; or (b) if a trail bike ride is not held by the association in the trail bike ride area on either or both of those days—24 and 25 October 1992. ˙ Declaration of area not to be a public place 3.(1) To enable a trail bike ride to be held by the association in the trail bike ride area, the trail bike ride area is declared not to be a public place for the purposes of the Act. (2) The declaration takes effect at the beginning of the trail bike ride days. ˙ Expiry of order in council 4. This order in council expires at the end of the trail bike ride days.
