This order in council may be cited as the Motor Vehicles Control (Bell State School) Order 1992 . Definitions 2. In this order in council— “Association” means the Bell State School Parents and Citizens Association; “bike ride days” means— (a) 15 and 16 August 1992; or (b) if a bike trail ride is not held by the Association in the designated

2 Motor Vehicles Control (Bell State School) Order 1992 No. 61, 1992 place on either or both of those days—22 and 23 August 1992; “designated place” means the area comprising the land described in the Schedule. Declaration of place not to be a public place 3.(1) For the purpose of enabling a bike trail ride to be held by the Association in the designated place on the bike ride days, the designated place is declared not to be a public place for the purposes of the Act. (2) The declaration takes effect at the beginning of the bike ride days. Repeal of order in council 4. This order in council is repealed at the end of the bike ride days.
