s1 2 s4 Motor Vehicles and Boats Securities Amendment No. 258, 2004 Regulation (No. 1) 2004 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Motor Vehicles and Boats Securities Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2004 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 December 2004. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the MotorVehiclesandBoatsSecurities Regulation 1995. 4 Insertion of new s 6A After section 6— insert — ‘6A Office where register may be inspected ‘For section 23(1)(a) 1 of the Act, the Office of Fair Trading at Brisbane is prescribed as an office of the department where a person may inspect the register or take extracts from, or get a copy of the details in, the register.’.
