1—Short title
These regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Accident Towing Roster Scheme) (Fees) Variation Regulations 2008.
2—Commencement
These regulations will come into operation on 1 July 2008.

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

Towtruck certificates

On application for a towtruck certificate

For a practical test for a towtruck certificate

(a) when the holder will be proceeding to and attending at the scene of an accident
$155 per year
(b) when the holder will not be proceeding to or attending at the scene of an accident
$78 per year
