Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Motor Traffic Act 1936.

Commencement
1. These Regulations commence on 8 July 1994.
Principal Regulations
2. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations.
Premium rates
3. Regulation 16 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (2) “$80” and substituting “$89”.
Schedule 1
4. Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting Part II and substituting the following Part:
