The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Motor Traffic Act 1936.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on 1 July 1997.

Principal Regulations

2.  In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations.

Schedule 1

3.  Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting Part II and substituting the following Part:
