Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Motor Traffic Act 1936.

Commencement
These Regulations commence on 8 March 1999.
Principal Regulations
In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations.
Schedule 1
Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (a) of item 3 of Part II and substituting the following paragraphs:
| “(a) where the unladen weight does not exceed 975 kilograms ........ (ab) where the unladen weight exceeds 975 kilograms but does not exceed 2 tonnes................................................................................... | 332.50 481.50”. |
Schedule 2
Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (a) of item 3 of the list in Form O and substituting the following paragraphs:
| “(a) where the unladen weight does not exceed 975 kilograms (ab) where the unladen weight exceeds 975 kilograms but does not exceed 2 tonnes”. |
