Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, WILLIAM MICHAEL HODGMAN, the Minister of State for the Capital Territory, hereby make the following Regulations under the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 4 May 1982.

Premium rates

2. Regulation 16 of the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (2) "$157.00" and substituting "$189.00".

First Schedule
3. The First Schedule to the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance)

Regulations is amended by omitting Part 11 and substituting the following Part:
