Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Motor Traffic Act 1936.

1. Commencement

   These regulations commence on 1 July 1999.

2. Principal Regulations

   In these regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations.

3. Citation

   Regulation 1 of the Principal Regulations is amended by adding at the end “1947 ”.

4. Premium rates

   Regulation 16 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (2) “$133.50” and substituting “$107.50”.

5. Schedule 1

   Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting Part 2 and substituting the following Part:
