Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THOMAS UREN, the Minister of State for Territories and Local Government, hereby make the following Regulations under the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936.

Repeal

1. Regulations 1983 No. 25 are repealed.

Returns relating to claims
2. Regulation 8 of the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations is amended by omitting the penalty set out at the foot of the regulation and substituting the following penalty:

"Penalty: $200.".

Change in use of insured vehicle
3. Regulation 15 of the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations is amended by omitting the penalty set out at the foot of the regulation and substituting the following penalty:

"Penalty: $100."
