Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, GORDON GLEN DENTON SCHOLES, the Minister of State for Territories, hereby make the following Regulations under the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936.

Premium rates

1.  Regulation 16 of the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (2) “$235” and substituting “$243”.

First Schedule

2.  The First Schedule to the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations is amended by omitting Part II and substituting the following Part:
