Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations² (Amendment)

I, GARY FRANCIS PUNCH, the Minister of State for the Arts and Territories, hereby make the following Regulations under the Motor Traffic Ordinance 1936.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations shall come into operation on 12 June 1988.

Principal Regulations

2.  In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations.

Premium rates

3.  Regulation 16 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (2) “$210” and substituting “$195”.

First Schedule

4.  The First Schedule to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting Part II and substituting the following Part:
