Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations2 (Amendment)
The Australian Capital Territory Executive hereby makes the following Regulations under the Motor Traffic Act 1936.

Principal Regulations
1. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Motor Traffic (Third Party Insurance) Regulations.
Premium rates
2. Regulation 16 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (2) “$140” and substituting “$70”.
First Schedule
3. The First Schedule to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting Part II and substituting the following Part:
