Prescribed 1. Regulation 12A of the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance)

the Regulations is repealed.

The First 2.—(1.) The First Schedule to the Motor Vehicle (Third Party
Schedule. Insurance) Regulations is amended by omitting Part II. and inserting in
its stead the following Part:—

(2.) The amendments effected by the last preceding sub-regulation apply to and in relation to all policies and renewals of policies issued in respect of a period commencing on or after the date of commencement of these Regulations.
