Prescribed 1. Regulation 12A of the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) parts of the Regulations is repealed. Common-
wealth.The First 2.—(1.) The First Schedule to the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Schedule. Insurance) Regulations is amended by omitting Part II. and inserting in
its stead the following Part:—PART II.

(2.) The amendments effected by the last preceding sub-regulation apply to and in relation to all policies and renewals of policies issued in respect of a period commencing on or after the date of commencement of these Regulations.
