3. Regulation 16 of the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regula- Premium ratet.
tions is amended by adding at the end thereof the following sub-
regulations:—
" (2.) Subject to these Regulations, the maximum amount of premium that may be charged in respect of a third party policy (being a policy that is expressed to be in force for a period of one year) in relation to a trader's plate for motor cycles or trailers is Fifteen pounds twelve shillings and for any other motor vehicle is Forty-four pounds eighteen shillings.
" (3.) Where a third party policy in relation to a trader's plate is expressed to be in force for any period other than one year, the maximum amount of premium that may be charged in respect of the policy is an amount calculated by adding to the sum of Seven shillings and sixpence an amount that bears to the amount that would be payable in respect of the policy if it were a policy expressed to be in force for a period of one year the same proportion as the number of months in the period (calculating part of a month as a month) bears to twelve.".
4.—(1.) The First Schedule to the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Fint Schedule.
Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (g) of Part I.
(2.) The First Schedule to the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations is amended by omitting Part II. and inserting in its stead the following part:—
