AN ACT to amend section 3R of the Motor Vehicle

(Third Party Insurance) Act, 1943-1972.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title.

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Motor and citation.

Section 2R

Subsection (4) of section 3R of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words "The Commissioner of Police" in paragraph (b), the words "The Director of the Department of Motor Vehicles".
