Motor Vehicle Standards Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Motor Vehicle Standards Act 1989.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 November 1991.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Motor Vehicle Standards Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule (Fees)

3.1   Column 2, item 2:

Insert “motor” before “vehicle” (first occuring).

3.2   Column 3, item 1:

Omit “$5.00”, substitute “$6.50”.

3.3   Column 3, item 2:

Omit “$2.50”, substitute “$3.25”.
