His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Motor Vehicle Repairs Act 1980.

Motor Vehicle section 89 (the general regulation-making power).
The object of this Regulation is to increase fees charged under the

Repairs Act 1980.

1     Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Motor Vehicle Repairs Amendment (Fees)

Regulation 2000.

2 Commencement

This Regulation commences on 31 March 2000.

3 Amendment of Motor Vehicle Repairs Regulation 1999

The Motor Vehicle Repairs Regulation 1999 is amended as set out in

Schedule 1.

The explanatory note does not form part of this Regulation.
